Distributed museums and travelling exhibitions designed to make culture more accessible
Projects that make culture more accessible, with clear evidence of impact.
TOM enables foundations, banks and companies to support museums and cultural institutions through concrete initiatives: accessibility, education and distributed culture. The model is discreet, museum-safe and brand-safe, with clear reporting.
Support a project. Measure the results.
Build cultural and reputational value.
Choose what to support: three modular programmes.
Each partnership defines a clear perimeter: objectives, audiences, deliverables and KPIs. Programmes can be activated for an exhibition, a permanent collection or a selected cultural route.
Reduce linguistic and cognitive barriers through:
- subtitles, transcripts

Create content and visitor journeys for schools and communities:
- thematic highlights
- age-specific levels of depth
- digital materials
Typical output: educational journey + digital assets.
Amplifying heritage: audiovisual experiences and initiatives “beyond the gallery” through:
- Subtitles, transcripts and multi-layered content

- Dedicated journeys for families, inclusion and schools

What types of partnerships are possible?
Accessibility programmes, including multilingual content, subtitles and inclusive journeys; education initiatives for schools and communities; and distributed culture projects, such as exhibitions, events and special content. The final scope is defined together with the museum.
How is the partner acknowledged?
In a discreet, museum-appropriate way. Recognition formats are agreed with the museum, with full editorial control and careful attention to brand safety.
How is impact measured?
Through clear KPIs: adoption, such as QR scans and visitors; engagement, such as time spent and completion rates; languages and journeys used; and trends over time. A concise impact report is included.
GDPR: do you collect personal data?
By default, TOM works with aggregated and anonymized data, following a privacy-by-design approach. Any consent-based features or additional functionalities are activated only when necessary and aligned with the museum’s policies.
Can Google Analytics be integrated?
Yes. Google Analytics integration is available on request, allowing museums to read traffic and events within a unified analytics framework.
What is the easiest way to get started?
A 2–4 week pilot on a selected exhibition or visitor journey, with measurable objectives and a final report.
