Premium standard.
Two operating models.
Sustainable growth.

SaaS or Managed. Predictable costs, no hidden variables.

Two operating models for museums: autonomous management through a CMS or delegated production with managed support.

In both cases, TOM works with a clear model: a fixed digital continuity fee plus a defined setup for each exhibition, collection or route, always approved before the project starts.

No token logic. No credit packs. No consumption-based surprises.

SaaS o Managed. Costi certi, zero sorprese.

Predictable costs. No hidden variables.

TOM does not work through tokens, credits or unpredictable consumption.
The model is simple: Digital Continuity Service + project setup, defined and approved before launch.

Zero sorprese

Zero surprises

A clear and closed proposal: what is included and what is not is defined before the project begins

Efficienza operativa

Operational efficiency

A system that evolves without rebuilding from scratch: exhibitions, languages and updates remain governable.

Rinnovo a scelta del museo

Renewal by museum choice

The museum keeps control over renewal and continuity planning, with no opaque lock-in.

Two models. One standard.

Choose according to your internal resources: full autonomy through SaaS or delegated operations through a Managed Editorial Service. In both cases, the standard remains premium and replicable.

True Scalability

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are prices not shown?

Costs depend on the setup — for example, the number of POIs, languages and content formats - but they are always defined before the project starts. We prefer to provide a clear and complete proposal, rather than generic estimates.

Is it a pay-per-use model?

No. TOM does not use tokens or credits. It is based on a fixed fee and an agreed setup. There are no hidden variables linked to usage.

What influences the setup?

The number of POIs, permanent or temporary exhibitions, languages, videos and levels of in-depth content. These elements are translated into deliverables and timelines, and approved before the project starts.

Can the museum renew the service?

Yes. Renewal is the museum’s choice: operational continuity and updates, without having to start from scratch.

What does the fixed fee include?

Hosting and server management, updates and maintenance, and remote technical support. Optional: a periodic PDF report with insights, such as most consulted artworks, languages and visitor journeys, plus Google Analytics integration.

For public museums: Digital Transition Officer and compliance

We work with the Digital Transition Officer to align TOM with the institution’s policies and project documentation, including accessibility, privacy and continuity.

Would you like a clear, fixed-scope proposal for your museum?

Start with a clear scope. Then grow with continuity. TOM helps museums move from one-off digital projects to a governed system for long-term visitor experience.
